We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MilAndi Works. * Your Purchase can be warrantied for a refund due to defect in materials or workmanship within the first 30 days; contact us to initiate the return and exchange process.

2) Return the item in new condition and appropriately packaged .

The customer is responsible for return shipping and packaging costs.  Milandi Works is not responsible for customer's misuse or neglect of a product including prolonged exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures. [which can cause either fading and/or warping of the wood]

* Notify us as soon as possible if your product was damaged in shipping or has become lost in the mail.
